She has a wide range of expertise in sales, marketing, and business development in pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, home health care, and medical device sectors.  She is known for her aggressive strategies in growing business in these areas.

Jocelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication from The Ohio State University. She has received numerous awards and recognitions for her service for leadership, training, and her consistency in exceeding division sales.  She was awarded the Pinnacle Award for Business Strategies which created a new target market for a multibillion dollar oncolytic, significantly increased market-share and revenue growth. She is also a board member of The Ideal Candidate, Chicago, and a member of the Mid-South Business Area Resource Center (MSBARC), Chicago.
