Jocelyn Ross is the founder and CEO of GHC Consultants, a healthcare consulting firm serving the greater Chicago area.

With nearly two decades of rich and varied experience in business development in the healthcare industry, Jocelyn is a trusted professional to those who are serious about dramatic healthcare innovation, while keeping the goal of each strategy dedicated to serving patients. She has a wide range of expertise in sales, marketing, and business development in pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, home health care, and medical device sectors.  She is known for her aggressive strategies in growing business in these areas.

Today, Jocelyn leads GHC in every aspect of the business: forging new relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems by utilizing her unique consultative sales approach.  As a result, her team successfully streamlines the operations of clients looking to improve their bottom line. Her intense focus on growing client’s revenues through innovative, cost-cutting strategies is an exemplary reflection of GHC’s mission to become a trusted, service-based consulting company among institutions in the region.

Jocelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication from The Ohio State University. She has received numerous awards and recognitions for her service for leadership, training, and her consistency in exceeding division sales.  She was awarded the Pinnacle Award for Business Strategies which created a new target market for a multibillion dollar oncolytic, significantly increased market-share and revenue growth. She is also a board member of The Ideal Candidate, Chicago, and a member of the Mid-South Business Area Resource Center (MSBARC), Chicago.
